How to advertise proxy?

What is the best way to advertise a proxy website? I have submitted it t about 20-30 proxy directories but I only got 2-3 visits/day from all of these.
What other technique should I try to advertise it?

A member from DigitalPoint forum also said that he can advertise a proxy really well. The first few days I did not pay anyone to advertise my proxy (only some free submissions to directories...that suprisingly did not return to much visits) but I still got really good visitors for a new site. beloware the stats:
Day1: 22 visits
Day2: 44 vistis
Day3: 71 visits
Day4: 124 visits
On day 5 my payd advertisement was put into action. I pated that dude 5$ (not much). on Day5 I got: 430 visits. Not just "come&go", but quality visits. Visitors that actually wanted to use a proxy. Visitors that used it and some even click on ad. On that day the proxy made 6,19$ with Adsense. More than I payed for advertisement. Also some visitors also came back other days and used my proxy

you can advertise via proxy topsites, search it on google.

i need help in advertising my proxy's they've been around for about a week now but i haven't gotten any real traffic yet, i have only 900 impressions and 7 clicks in adsens CP (is that a lot?) but no money, i tried submitting them to directory's, you can see that if you visit this one
Free MySpace, YouTube, Orkut And Many More Proxy
and asking people to put them in signatures on other forums but nobody responded me.
Can somebody tell what i haven't think of yet?
