Yes I have exceeded my monthly bandwidth. Usually free web hosts don't allow proxy hosting. But, if you search hard you may find a free webhost that allows.

Ok i red the ebook and the blog comment , and you didn't write anywhere which script you are using? I'm asking cause you said that some of them don't allow logins, so which one is the best is it Glype are you using that one?

Yes...I am using glype on my main proxy but also use Zelune on another one and didn't have any problem with that one.
