A story about GlobalDomainBuyers.Com - 12-30-2005, 10:18 AM

I get an email at my request from a company (GlobalDomainBuyers.Com) that
sell domain names. A special offer:
"The "Gold Package" special of $199.95 has been extended
until Friday, Sept. 19, 2003. That is a savings of $300
off the regular price of $499.95!"

"This email confirms that you have paid Global Domain Buyers.com $199.95 using PayPal.
This credit card transaction will appear on your bill as "PAYPAL *GLOBALDOMAI".

Total Amount: $199.95
Transaction ID: 4HC71989VU770664B
Quantity: 1
Item Title: Gold Package - GlobalDomainBuyers.Com

and... the first massage from the company was:
"We are truly sorry for the delay and the problems that might
have caused you with this orded
Sincerely,
Customer Support
GlobalDomainBuyers.Com"

more maggages from the company:
"Thank you for contacting GlobalDomainBuyers.Com...
We will appraise your domains before listing them...
The appraisals will be sent to your email address...
We have been experiencing severe technical difficulties for the last few weeks...
You will receive notification via email when your order has been completed....
If we do find that it was not processed you will be sent a full refund of the $199.95...
We are still going to forward the refund to you asap..."

You should try contacting Paypal like frank domain said. You can also contact the company again and let them know that you are going to have your attorney or the Attorney General contact them. This will usually get a response from most companies.

you must contact paypal and report the transaction. there may be many more people like yourself who have challenged this and are waiting for restitution.

Paypal needs to know about rogue sellers to block their credentials from being used on new accounts.

That's why you always know a scammer because they delay payment or claim their Paypal is "not working".

I now require from website clients .40 and.12 deposits to test their ability to pay and get a record of their information.

That way i can report to Paypal they are rogues and to keep a watch or halt TRANSACTIONS.

sCAMMERS USE PEOPLE'S INFAMILIARITY WITH WHAT TO DO ONLINE to get action and get away with murder.

stop them!
