don't get banned by adsence

i have read it is now mandatory to include a privacy policy if you use affiliate advertising including Google adsense.
has anyone heard of this? i guess it doesn't hurt to comply, and it may prevent you getting banned.
you can use this site to construct your policy and paste it on your site (i did)

the point you missed is: if you dont display a correctly worded privacy policy on your site, you are in breach of these new Google terms and conditions, and can therefore be banned from earning clicks.

these ads collect information in the form of cookies, and you must make a disclamer to your visitors.
my advice and link is free - ignore it if you feel it doesn't apply to you
