Downsides? Let me see, I really need to think about it, hehe...
Adsense is very good on certain sites and keywords. If you are doing tons of money with Adsense on these niches, you will probably not do more with ExoClick.
But if you look are looking for something different, with attractive ads, then you can go with us. Also if you have sexy/adult/gambling/pharmacy sites.

What other downside... Our traffic is growing and our server platform is not working as good as it should be. I signed yesterday a new contract with one of the biggest hosting center in the US. In a few days, our platform will be lightning fast

That's about all the downsides I can see, the rest is all good!
One downside is for me, but good for you, it's the list of developments in progress and new features I want to release
