e107 is quite a good cms. It's very easy to use and it also works for any kind of website. I used it a lot on localhost. I've even made a theme for it but lost it when I had to format my computer because of a virus

e107 is quite good in my opinion, but I like Webmin a lot more. I think it has a cooler interface, and a lot of tools that e107 doesn't have.
