For studying in my course, Business informatics, its a must to have dreamweaver. As we do web designing as well and its much more of a waste of time using notepad ..

I totally love that program. i always use it. It's very easy, have nice graphic, so thourogly and like I said I LOVE IT...
Way more better than Front Page, Adobe Go Live etc.

I have dreamweaver 4, mx and mx cs but ive never really used it, Ive used it but I can only publish to flash!!! I dont understand how you can publish to plain html, I dont think you ca, only to flash in html!
