I advise you bluefish. On it you can create and edit php, html, css etc.

i use just "vi" in console (i have suse 10.2) and it is verry simple

Well I use lots of thing. I have tried Dreamweaver using Wine but it was slow. Bluefish is a very good advanced web editor. I also use Gedit and Vi for simple things.
