stand alone program from ms for creating animated gif
could be a banner of 468x60

or this one from coffeecup though shareware it's not function disabled

Yeah that's right photoshop gives you everything!! Photoshop just can't be beaten in maybe dreamweaver.....

Well if you don't have the time then you could ask someone that is good with GFX to make one for you or use a logo/banner making program.
