how did you learn to sue these publishing kinds of things. ive been trying to learn how to make decent website designs and have only recently found a tutorial telling you all aspects such as the html aswell as the photoshop skills etc just wodnering how all the 'pro's learnt |

Look for some CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) tutorials. CSS spruces up html a lot, and makes it easier to organize stuff. Also, look for some php tutorials. |

Some people go for professional classes to get trained in web design. Other people just read the manual and tutorials and get going. You'll just have to try the second and see if it works. If it doesn't and you still want professional design, you should try joining some kind of a class in your neighbourhood. |
