It maybe another choice as dreamwaver is more expensive after bought by Aboxx.

using notepad is the best way to build web pages.
dreamweaver and other software are useful if you are making some page on the fly, not with care

Ignorance is bliss, having the know-how is different from being completely stupid.
notepad is a poor excuse for an editor to code html, id like to see you make at least 1000 lines then try fixing for errors.

DW offers a very USEFUL syntax highlighter which the "pros" may not find useful but the kiddies with proper websites do.

I've used it and its a very nice software..

It really rocks..I made my previous site with this software only..
