Notepad for me.

but i edit my CSS in frontpage. i don't like dreamweaver so much. i think the others work just as good as i need.

i recommend dreamweaver and i'm using Dreamweaver CS3 but i also tried MS Expression Web and it's quite good . But dreamweaver is even better.

sorry, frontpage is crap. that's a fact, not an opinion. about 40% of the code it generates is completely 100% useless. if you have to use a WYSIWYG, use dreamweaver. if you're a MAN, use a notepad replacement (it's not recommended to use the notepad that comes with windows, since it tends to f*ck things up, like pretty much everything that comes from M$)

my tool of choice is notepad++. i do have dreamweaver cs3 installed, but i have not used it once
