If I were to suggest a WYSIWYG editor, it'd definitely be DreamWeaver. As it is, I suggest that anyone worth their salt in web programming should use a text editor like Notepad++.

I use notepad++ but can I find a dreamweaver trial somewhere? I would like to see what it can do...

There is a lot !
I use dreamweaver for quick preview and draft layout.
Then use notepad++ to change to php code.

Dreamweaver 8 with PHP server side, MySQl for database, Flash 8 for lookups
I will thinking about Ajax now a days

I use the best of all DreamWeaver MX...i have never faced any problem while development...it is a nice tool with nice features..
