Refer a friend- Article Submission

Looking for a spam free refer a friend script and an article submission script.. My CMS is MkPortal, and they do have an article submssion script that's spam free .. but it makes mah brain hurt! Can anyone recomend something great?

moslty forms are email injected by spams so no form is invulnerable but if you really like you can easily integrate this script to any cms.

Thanks WebLord! I don't understand what you mean by a tell a friend script being injected by spams. How does this make the form vulnerable? Are you saying that if I use the form someone else will send my users spam?
