I need a phpform mail script in my html site

I have this code

<form action="contact.php" method="post" enctype="multipart/form-data">
<input class="sidebar" type="text" value="name" name="user" />
<input class="sidebar" type="text" value="email" name="email" />
<textarea class="sidebar" name="content" cols="30" rows="40"></textarea>
<input class="button_sidebar" value="Send" type="submit" />
<input class="button_sidebar" value="Reset" type="reset" />
</form>

But.. when I click in SEND, it loads the page ...contact.php

Where did you get this code from? I'm guessing a tutorial. Post a link and I'll look over it for you.

I get a template and it has the code... but without the FORM ACTION
[SIZE=2]I had a contact.php form and that's happens[/SIZE]
