New Version of a FREE Help Desk Solution!

Just to let you know, "Hesk" (a free helpdesk script) has released a new version at the URL as follows:

crafty syntax (craftysyntax.com) is better. :P
And so is OSTicket.

That script is very bare bones. craftysyntax.com is 10X better that that. So is help center live.

Come to think of it, everything is a bit nicer that that... its just bare and ugly. (In my opinion)

They're working on a new template as well which really looks cool.

as I saw, it is a nice script.
but Collin2000, ofcourse you can create a template for it to use...

for OSTicket I also can say it is just another ticketing system but they didn't release a new version yet

I hear osTicket's developing a newer script and won't be continuing development of the older versions... Hesk is great.
