plenty available on net just google it. Simple way to make a web site is downlaod Adobe photoshop from Adobe , learn xhtml from W3Schools Online Web Tutorials and start making ur designs.All the best.

i prefer doing simple sites with lots of content .Just make a simple design in XHTML and CSS and(you can learn those from various site , just google for them ) . That's the key to traffic success .

freewebs.com has an easy site builder and good hosting. i suggest yu go there

you can use a cms tool like joomla to build your site. If you prefer blogs, try wordpress. It's easy and you won't have to deal with the codes.

Can somebody tell me is it worth creating a site in HTML, if we wont add content on more regular basis?
I should use CMS for that or Wordpress, right?
