.htaccess Password Generator

Use this tool to generate all the necessary codes needed to password protect a directory or selects files within it on your site via .htaccess. It encrypts the desired passwords, then outputs the corresponding codes to put inside your .htaccess and .htpasswd files.

CPanel has a built in way to make directories password protected.

I think it uses the same HTACCESS and HTPASSWORD method.

yeah you're right but you still need to generate a secure password for it.

You're saying that it can be cracked easily. I usually use a 17 character password consisting of letters and numbers.
