How much can you trust on DNScoop rates?

Well, the title pretty much sums it all. I've been trying to understand their "fictional" rates in order to sell a couple of domains (and sites), but I can't figure it out.

To be honest,

Trust less on any rankings ,

We focus to backlinks , try all efforts to increase it daily ... (may need buy it as necessary)

Its not very accurate...at all!
Just remember, a site may be worth $x but will someone buy it?
