Please review this because last time many people said that my header was really plane and i needed to make it dirty , so i did that . Please review it out of 10 .

nice banner i like it. very creative and good color combination. keep it up! but one thing to note : the site must match the logo or the banner that you have designed.

Uhmm the banner design is great.. 7.8/10
but the blue color of your header doesn't really fit in..
Try changing "xeonfxcom" to red to match the red in your forum table headers (the small red circle used to hide/show forums) or vice-versa..

The banner looks really great.I like the design of ur banner.I like how u made the text in different colors.The colors are blending nicely overall.I'll rate it 10/10.
