you have wasted too much space in the top banner
I guess either you should remove the top image or make a nice top banner
and if possible try some different theme too this theme is too much black....

I fyou don't want to reduce the size of your top banenr you can fill it up with something.. Just don't leave it blank and black..

I think you should put the ads on different background color or isolate them some other way from the services your site offers, now it is hard to make out where the advertisements end and what the page itself has to offer.

I also think the navigation bar could be open by default, now a user has to click it to view it, it might go unnoticed.

Draw yourself a logo.

It looks tidy and cool otherwise. 7/10

very nice script moving the submenu items for download or upload files, good Work in your website
