This toolm is heklpful for those who don't know what their site would be all about.. I mean, look, if you know what your site is all aobut, example it's a gaming site, you can just invent your own name for it, and not some randomly searched one.

You're right! But that's why you can also mix specific words with the second option in the site, or eiter use specific words mixed with pattern special characters to find something suitable for your name.
In example, if your site is about gaming and you want the word "gaming" in your domain, you can try patterns and mixing words to find something like:
gamingin gamingop go-gaming gamingtop igamingtop
So you can have a domain with an static word, along with other randomized ones in the position you want to find a .com noone has thought before.
It's just a matter of trying, maybe the site is just only a way to give you ideas by seeing the different combinations that it tries each time.

I was wondering the same actually. It can't be that hard mixing really, just have a huge file with different first-last parts of a name. So if I choose 'friend' it could try adding over 100 entries with 'thefriend', 'friendbit' and such,
