i see that you made it your self , let me tell you what it needs.
the header is very dull , try increasing the opacity of the header
and the top bg of the forum name title is also not working

i dont know if you are familiar or not i used to make ipb 1.3 skins and i got inspiration/tutorials/help from www.ifsz.com thats a great community with loads of skins and also their site has a skin maker

yea.. I made the skin. And I am familiar with IF skin zone but they are currently down due to some server problems..
