my friend uses the oil in his diesel car
doesnt put it in by itself though, he likes to split it, half diesel to half cooking oil
works a charm and barely any loss in mpg

That reminds me of the first cars that were made. They ran on different types of alcohol.

However, why do those guys use oil any way? it doesn't cost less, and its only advantage is to reduce polution........

you can run these same things with hydrogen
and in theory we can get lots of that for free (H2O ) too ahrd to do though so aint worth it. plus its more dangerous :P

I guess they're into "helping the environment". Maybe it lets the engine run smoother/cleaner or something.
