1. Who can open the PayPay Account?
Each corporate entity or individual can open the PayPay account free off charge. There are only two types of accounts: Business and Personal. Each login can have more businesses or personals PayPay accounts with different names and currencies.
2. What is the difference between PayPay and other online payment systems?
Apart from money transfers to anyone on email and purchasing through BuyNow button and Shopping Cart, which provides many online payment systems, PayPay offers also following services:
a) You can receive funds on your PayPay account from anyone, even if the sender is not a PayPay user. Simply instruct the sender to transfer the funds on any WorldClearing's bank account and do not forget to instruct the sender to enter also your PayPay account number!
b) You can transfer funds from your PayPay account on any bank account worldwide.
c) You can transfer funds to anyone on cell phone number.
d) You can transfer funds simply and quickly via cell, without logging in PayPay system through the internet.
d) In PayPay, you can have several PayPay accounts with different currencies and each account can have different email address and cell phone number for funds receiving.
3. What can I do with my PayPay account?
You can transfer funds to anyone worldwide by usage of internet or /and this is the BEST/ by Cellular. You can send money to any bank account, email or cellular! The best advantage is that all payments within PayPay are cleared immediately and you do not need internet connection. All you need is your cellular!
4. What guaranty do you offer if I want to purchase for example a car from a seller located in a foreign country? Is the money given to the seller immediately after I send it through PayPay or does the seller have to wait until I receive my merchandise? Do I get a refund in case of a fraud?
Do not send money to anyone unless you are sure about the purchase. We do not take any guarantees for goods nor for the good intentions of your business partners. Please take into consideration that we are only here to make your transfers easier and cheaper. Nevertheless, the transactions are sent immediately. Moreover, we do not have agents working for us in the UK or anywhere in the world. We never ask our customers to send us money via MoneyGram or Western Union. All our transactions are directly handle by PayPay.
5. I am a merchant. How can I inform my customers about the possibility to purchase through PayPay?
You can find all the necessary information at Merchant Tools. You can create on your website PayPay buttons, which will enable you to receive payments immediately. Your customers will have to fill out the predefined payment order form with its details and send it for clearance. There is also the possibility to create your own PayPay Code. After you buy this code, your customers may pay you simply by usage of their Cell phones.
6. How do I send funds on my PayPay account?
You can credit your PayPay account by sending money transfer into the bank accounts of WorldClearing Group (more in Upload.PayPay) or by transferring funds from another PayPay account through the internet or simply by sending Text message. It is necessary to use account number of your PayPay account if you use the bank transfer or transfer between two PayPay accounts. The payments from your PayPay account can be send to anyone, who owns cellular /mobile phone, email, PayPay account or bank account. You can manage your PayPay accounts either through the internet or through your cellular.
7. How do I put funds on my PayPay account if based in US?
You can either add funds on your PayPay account by using your online banking service (Bill Pay). All you have to do is set up manually a new payee with the company name WorldClearing US LLC and into the field of account number enter their PayPay account number. For more information, click Upload.PayPay. Alternatively, easier way is simply by adding your bank account and use direct debit. All information can be found after you login in section 'Settings', part 'Manage my Bank Account'.
8. I want to receive money from abroad-based clients. Do I have to own an account in many countries with different currencies or is it sufficient to open account only in my home country and receive all payments into this single account?
You need to open only one PayPay account with the currency that is most favorable to you. All payments sent to this account will convert automatically to the currency you set for the account. You can create also more accounts with different currencies if you prefer to receive payments in the original currency.
9. Is it possible to use my credit card with PayPay?
Yes. You can add your credit/debit card in Settings of your PayPay account. Electronic cards (e.g.: Visa Electron) are not supported. After the verification, you can use your card to pay to verified merchants within PayPay payment system. It does not support uploading your own PayPay account by credit card.
10. I would like to accept credit card payments. What do I have to do?
PayPay allows to receive credit card payments as well as direct debit payments only to verified PayPay users. If you want to receive credit card payments on your website, you need to have business PayPay account and then you can add your website to PayPay for approval process.
1. Just log in to your PayPay.
2. Click on Merchant Tools tab.
3. Add your website to My List of Websites.
Furthermore, the website must be already running properly with the PayPay Logo and must contain information about their policy and also a list of contacts. PayPay do not support website with pharmacy products, gambling, replica or adult websites.Once your website is approved you are be able to receive credit card and direct deposit payments.
11. Why is it more convenient to use PayPay compared to regular bank transfers?
The costs for regular PayPay transfer are much cheaper and quicker then bank transfers. It takes from few seconds to 5 working days to receive payments worldwide. It depends whether you make a transfer to WorldClearing covered countries or not covered countries.
12. What are the WorldClearing covered countries?
These are countries where WorldClearing has established their base. More information in Upload.PayPay.
13. Is it possible to send money from PayPay account to another electronic payment provided by different company?
This service is not available at present time, as the PayPay is not connected to any other payment systems.
14. I want to send money from my PayPay account on email address or Text Message (SMS) into not covered countries.
You can send money from your PayPay account to anyone to another PayPay account, email or Text Message (SMS) even if the payment receiver is in not covered country.
15. I want to send money from my PayPay account into a bank account to a country not covered by WorldClearing.
You can send funds Worldwide. Simply log in and go to section 'Send money' and choose from 'To Account' the possibility 'Other Countries'. Then simply fill out all details of the transfer.
16. I want to withdraw funds in cash from my PayPay account, but I am in a country where PayPay has not opened a bank account yet.
In this case, you can transfer your funds through money order to 'other countries'. This transfer is more expensive as the one for 'covered' countries. Please check the actual list of fees.
17. The payer has used in her/his money transfer my cellular number or email address. How can I withdraw funds from my PayPay account?
You have to transfer your funds received to your PayPay account to any bank account of your own.
18. The payer has used my bank account on his transfer. Will my bank account be credited without visiting

Yes, this is correct. If the payer uses her/his PayPay account and correct bank account of yours, your bank account will be credited within 48 - 72 hours /in some countries it takes about 5 working days/. The email you receive from PayPay system is only information, that the payment was sent.
19. I want to send money transfer abroad. I have only IBAN number of the payee's bank account. How shall I proceed?
Account numbers in IBAN form are used only in banks in case of foreign money transfers. If you have payee's bank account number only in this form please send it to us by online form. We will contact you and will try to transform your IBAN number to that form which can be used in money order form.
20. What is the interest rate of my funds on my PayPay account and maintenance fee for this account?
The funds on PayPay do not bear interest. PayPay charges only for transfers. There are no other fees related to PayPay accounts.
21. Is it necessary to use a PayPay account number?
PayPay account number is a very important identifier in crediting and transferring funds to PayPay accounts. If you will not use the PayPay account number, the system will no be able to identify the receiver of the payment. However, in case you are transferring funds to an email or cell number, you do not have to use this number.
22. The payment between my PayPay account and bank account were cleared correctly. However, I have not received payment notification on my email/cellular yet. Do I have to activate first this service?
No. you do not have to activate anything. However, you need to insert your cellular number to PayPay system if you would like to receive notification. PayPay system will not send payment notification if the payment is executed via internet transfer to any bank account. You can check the transfer only through your PayPay account. PayPay sends payment notifications to the payee only if funds are transferred via internet to a cellular /GSM phone/ or email. Text Message (SMS), confirming the payment, is sent to both payer and payee only if the transfer was send via Text Message (SMS).
23. What is WAP service?
PayPay WAP is for the registered users. The best advantage is that you do not have to go to the internet at all. Simply insert our address wap.paypay.com to your bookmarks in your cellular and start to use our services while you are on your way.
24. Is it possible to send money or change to e-gold with PayPay?
No. PayPay does not support transfers to e-gold accounts not either the transfer to merchants that change the funds to e-gold.
