Send email to yourself in the future?

I stumbled upon this site called EmailFuture.com - The best way to send emails to yourself in the future.. You can email yourself anything that will then be sent to yourself at a future date.

My intriguing question is - Who the heck in dis world wants to email something to him/her self?

I can't see any acceptable reason except that they just wanna get our email....

but also you can send e-mails to someone else, right?

I agree with this one LOL....this kind of offer is not genuine IMHO...think about it, you can also offer this service using your own email rite hahaha

and if you do need reminder, outlook can do a lot more better things...

Just think. You could get an email from yourself in 10 years time. Trip back to the past LOL. That would be quite cool actually, I think Ima do it.

I doubt this site will exist 10 years later . And yes , you probably can send emails to others in the future . I like this idea but it doesn't use any innovative solutions . If they could send an email for you in the past , that would be cool , but since that's impossible , I like this idea .

Later edit: After using this service I noticed that it's impossible to send an email to others since you need to activate each email address .

it can be used as a long time reminder so you will remember something that you have forgotten
it is useful to who have a weak memory
